You may reschedule or cancel sessions in your account up to 24 hours before they begin with no penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours will use one credit. If the attendee does not join within 20 minutes of the scheduled start time, the tutor may choose to cancel the session or continue with the remaining time if the student arrives late. No-shows are treated as late cancellations.
